Mikaela Tappa

Associate

Mikaela joined Invel as an Associate in February 2022. In particular, she supports underwriting and financial modelling of real estate investments, asset management, research and due diligence.

Prior to joining Invel, Mikaela worked as an Investment Analyst within the Investment Management team of M7 Real Estate London. She was responsible for the fund management of portfolios in the UK and Central and Eastern Europe (AUM EUR 726mn). Previously, Mikaela was a Senior Associate in Kroll (Duff and Phelps) Real Estate Advisory Group, where she was performing complex asset valuations in Pan-European and international geographies.

Mikaela holds an MSc in Real Estate Economics and Finance from London School of Economics and Political Science, a BSc in Economics and Finance from the University of Surrey. Additionally, she is a Member of the Society of Property Researchers (SPR).
